JSP Capital is the data controller for this website. We are registered with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development under license number CN-5420726. Our affiliates are JSP Holding Ltd (Abu Dhabi Global Market) and JSP Capital HK Limited (Hong Kong). We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies, and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Where data is processed by JSP Holding Ltd, the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021 also apply.
